Treasure Island: Sword Fighting Workshop 5-7

A pirate-themed sword fighting workshop for children aged 5-7, teaching basic stage combat skills with foam swords.

This 45-minute to one-hour workshop introduces young children to the principles of sword fighting, covering footwork, parries and attacks. The techniques draw on real historical styles and stage and screen combat, practised with foam swords, with a chance to look at some real ones afterwards. Children must be accompanied by an adult, each participating child needs a ticket, and adults must stay for the whole session.
