Bi-weekly dance sessions run by MY Breast Cancer Support, teaching varied styles in a fun, accessible class for all levels.

MY Breast Cancer Support runs bi-weekly dance sessions at The Dance Studio Leeds, taught by Holly. Each hour-long class covers a variety of styles including Commercial, Contemporary, Jazz and Line Dance, with simple routines and adjustments to suit all abilities. The sessions are open-level and no experience is necessary, with benefits highlighted including improved coordination, mobility and mental health. Participants should wear indoor trainers and bring a water bottle, and booking in advance is required.
