About
Make bread, soft cheese and butter in a full-day workshop, using whey and buttermilk in several of the breads.
Participants make soft goat’s cheese, labneh and salted butter, then use cheesemaking whey and butter-making buttermilk in breads. The listed bakes include date soda bread, herb dinner rolls, country bread and seeded fougasse. The course runs for 6½ hours and includes lunch.
