Hibernation

An interactive game in FACT’s foyer imagines a near future shaped by isolation and climate crisis.

Hibernation combines Jacob Riley’s storytelling and music with Katie Pinch’s illustration, animation and design. The interactive work imagines a near future in which technology-driven isolation and climate pressures lead people into an enforced period of hibernation. The current version is a work-in-progress game playable at the game station in FACT’s foyer. Admission and gallery-hour applicability are not stated on this detail.
