Uniformed Group Evening

A bookable evening for uniformed youth groups combines hands-on science exhibits, a live planetarium or science show and telescope viewing when weather permits.

The event is open to uniformed groups including Beavers, Cubs and Scouts; Rainbows, Brownies and Guides; Cadets and other uniformed organisations. Groups choose one of two session times, 16:30–18:30 or 17:30–19:30. Each visit includes time with indoor and outdoor science exhibits, a live planetarium or science show and weather-permitting stargazing. Group leaders and 1:1 carers pay no charge; each young person receives a return ticket. The café is open for separate purchases.
