Somatic Sisters

A three-hour women's somatic dance circle in Leamington Spa combining rhythm-led movement, embodied expression and Tibetan singing bowl sound healing.

FEMME FLOW hosts Somatic Sisters, a women-only somatic journey weaving three practices into one afternoon: rhythm-led movement for nervous system regulation, an embodied reset using chakra awareness, shaking and intuitive movement, and a closing sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. The session runs three hours, with doors at 2:45 PM, and is open to women aged 18 and over with no dance experience required. Participants are invited to move, release tension and settle into deep rest.
