Intro to VR for Visual Arts

A 90-minute hands-on introduction to using VR equipment and technology in visual arts practice, open to all with no prior experience needed.

This 90-minute session offers a practical first step into virtual reality for visual artists, exploring professional VR equipment and how it can enhance or expand an artistic practice. Participants can try the kit themselves in a supportive, no-pressure environment with no jargon or prior experience required. The session also covers how to access the equipment afterwards, with kit soon to be included with a Barbican Creative Hub membership.
