Photoshop for beginners: Build confidence with the basics
About
A three-hour hands-on Photoshop workshop for complete beginners, covering layers, selections, adjustments and building a first composite photo.
Photographer and digital artist Stephanie Lammond leads a friendly, hands-on introduction to Adobe Photoshop aimed at complete beginners, small business owners and hobbyists. Over three hours, participants learn to navigate the workspace, work with layers, make selections, remove unwanted objects, apply basic adjustments and build and export their first composite photo. Attendees bring a laptop with Photoshop installed (or a pre-arranged seven-day trial), and practice images are provided, though people can bring their own photos.
