Sunset Sound Bath

A peaceful one-hour sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system and quiet the mind using therapeutic instruments.

This sound bath session uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation. Attendees are encouraged to lie back and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to work. The experience is designed to leave participants feeling calmer, less stressed, and mentally refreshed.
