Restorative Qigong and Sound Bath

A restorative session blending calming Qigong movement with a soothing sound bath experience.

The event begins with a practice of harmonizing Qigong movements, an ancient meditation practice similar to yoga. This is followed by a sound bath facilitated by Rounik Sethi, utilizing sacred gongs, singing bowls, chimes, monochord, and voice. The session is designed to help participants unwind, reduce stress, and feel nourished.
