Saudi Arabian and Uyghur Cookery Class with Sana

Chef Sana leads a hands-on Saudi Arabian and Uyghur cookery class at Migrateful’s Appleby Blue kitchen, followed by a shared meal.

The class explores Saudi Arabian and Uyghur cooking through Saudi Arabian and Uyghur jawawa dumplings, hand-stretched laghman noodles, bean dip and luqaimat. Participants cook together in teams, hear about the food’s cultural context and techniques, then eat the meal together. The menu is subject to change and recipes are sent after class.
