Gambian Cookery Class with Lamin

Chef Lamin leads a hands-on Gambian cookery class at Migrateful’s Appleby Blue kitchen, followed by a shared meal.

The class explores Gambian cooking through Gambian benachin, chicken yassa, domoda, salad, panketti, ngalakh and wonjo. Participants cook together in teams, hear about the food’s cultural context and techniques, then eat the meal together. The menu is subject to change and recipes are sent after class. Migrateful lists allergens and says it cannot substitute ingredients for dietary requirements, so guests should check the menu before booking.
