A practical workshop making three New York-style bagels: everything, pumpernickel and Asiago.
Participants work from mixing and shaping through boiling and baking, with recipes for everything, pumpernickel and Asiago bagels. The current course page lists five three-hour Wembley sessions and says the workshop is suitable for all experience levels. Ages 12 and over; under-18s must attend with a paying adult.
