Sausage Making Class

Make sausages and a stuffed pork tenderloin with Ginger Pig sausage maker Josie.

Work in small groups to choose seasonings and fill natural casings, then prepare an apricot-and-thyme-stuffed tenderloin wrapped in bacon. Participants take their prepared meat home; the session includes dinner and wine. The official class terms specify participants over18 and Challenge25 photo-ID checks. Dietary needs should be discussed with the organiser before booking.
