4-Day Welding Course

A four-day hands-on welding and fabrication course at The Weld Space covering MIG, MMA and TIG welding plus plasma cutting, ending with building your own product.

This practical course at The Weld Space introduces participants to the three main welding processes — MIG, MMA and TIG — covering the theory behind each machine, safe and correct use, joinery techniques, setup and troubleshooting. Days also cover plasma cutting, including compressor selection and freehand torch cutting, and working with mild steel from box section to sheet material. The course finishes with the chance to build a finished product of your own design or from a selection of ready-made designs. Daily sessions run from Thursday 21 to Sunday 24 January 2027.
