Half-day Mixed Media Mosaics on Slate with Rhona Duffy

A half-day mosaic workshop with Rhona Duffy at Studio 164, Falkirk, where participants create a mixed-media picassiette mosaic on slate.

Participants create a mixed-media (picassiette style) mosaic on slate, incorporating broken pottery, plates, tiles, shells and glass. Designs include a thistle, highland cow or a simple flower such as a sunflower, daisy, gerbera, poppy or daffodil, with an option to make a Christmas tree. The workshop suits beginners and intermediate levels, and all materials, drinks and snacks are included.
