Monthly Women-Only Sound Bath – A Calm Queen Sanctuary

A women-only sound bath at Grosvenor Clinic using crystal bowls and gentle instruments for deep relaxation.

The Calm Queen hosts a monthly women-only sound bath at Grosvenor Clinic in Denmead, designed as a safe, nurturing space for women to rest deeply. The hour-long immersive session combines crystal bowls and gentle instruments to quiet the mind, release tension and restore inner harmony — participants simply lie back, breathe and receive. Attendees are asked to bring a blanket and cushion and wear warm, cosy clothing. The page notes contraindications such as pacemakers, sound-induced epilepsy, first-trimester pregnancy and severe sound sensitivity.
