Eastbourne's Sound Bath Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls

A one-hour sound bath meditation at Eden Blue Centre, with quartz crystal singing bowls guiding deep relaxation and inner healing.

Moonwater Planet hosts a one-hour sound bath meditation in which quartz crystal singing bowls are played to produce tones said to release tension, balance the chakras and promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Attendees lie on provided yoga mats and blankets (or chairs) while the sounds wash over them, aiming to quiet mental chatter and encourage a meditative state. Doors open at 7.20pm and the session starts at 7.30pm; the event is for ages 16+.
