Yoga instructor Jana Greig leads a restorative Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop combining seasonal yoga practice, guided meditation and mindful reflection. The session includes a seasonal lunch followed by a relaxing Yin yoga sequence focused on the meridian lines associated with winter. The £70 ticket also includes access to the Kohler Fitness Centre, with its 20-metre pool, hot tub and infrared sauna.
