Galette des Rois Special Workshop

Make all-butter puff pastry and bake an almond-filled Galette des Rois in a seasonal Epiphany workshop.

The workshop explores pastry lamination and the stages of making a traditional king cake. Participants prepare their own puff pastry and bake a cake using dough prepared for them so they can experience the complete process.
