A two-day workshop exploring sweet sourdough bakes using stiff, ripe and discard starters.
The workshop uses a stiff starter for marbled sourdough, sourdough noir and walnut-cinnamon babka; a ripe starter for cinnamon-raisin bagels and coconut flatbreads; and sourdough discard for cookies, banana bread, scones and crackers. The course page recommends prior sourdough experience and lists a 10:00 start across Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 January 2027. It does not state the daily finish time. Ages 12 and over; under-18s must attend with a paying adult. All experience levels are welcome; prior sourdough experience is recommended.
