Fungi ID Walks - Saturdays Newbridge

A guided three-hour fungi identification walk at Newbridge on the River Dart, ending with mushroom tea and a chat.

Fungiphilia leads a relaxed guided walk at Newbridge on the River Dart, focused on improving fungi identification skills while remaining suitable for beginners. Participants learn the essentials of identifying species, including some with traditional culinary and medicinal uses, and discuss responsible foraging practices — the walk is primarily a no-pick foray. The three-hour session ends with a warming cup of mushroom tea and a chance to share reflections.
