Plantlife Walk

Join a guided walk to Ludwell Valley Park to learn about waxcap fungi and participate in a community science survey.

The walk provides an introduction to waxcap fungi, starting with a discussion of the park's habitat features. Participants will engage in hands-on exploration of the fungi and practice recording their findings using Plantlife’s Waxcap Watch survey app. Aileen Baird, a Senior Conservation Officer, leads the session.
