Fungi Foray at Heligan | Guided Mushroom Walk & Fungi Identification

An expert-led guided fungi walk through Heligan's woodlands, meadows and gardens, teaching identification and ecology for beginners and intermediates.

This guided foray takes participants through Heligan's woodlands, meadows and gardens to explore the diversity of fungi thriving there in autumn. Fungi specialists lead the walk, covering species identification, habitats and the role fungi play in healthy ecosystems, with opportunities to ask questions. The session runs for two and a half hours, is suitable for beginners and intermediate knowledge levels, and a proportion of proceeds is donated to the community wildlife group Three Bays Wildlife.
