Pregnancy Circle - an Afternoon of Sound, Connection & Rest

A pregnancy circle with Alexa Dean offering song, mantras, guided meditation and a sound journey for mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy.

This 90-minute workshop offers pregnant women a chance to pause and connect with themselves, their babies and other mothers-to-be. The session includes song, mantras, guided meditation and a soothing sound journey, with time for sharing, stillness, herbal tea and nourishing treats. It is open to all stages of pregnancy and no previous experience is needed.
