This two-hour session begins with gentle, supported Yin Yoga, followed by deep relaxation using the calming sounds of an ocean drum and Tibetan singing bowls. The morning concludes with tea and cake, providing a time to connect and ease into the rest of the day. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
