Candlelight Soundbath by HerbyWitch

A one-hour candlelit soundbath session of soothing sounds for relaxation and destressing at Cwmparc Community Association.

HerbyWitch hosts an in-person evening soundbath in the upstairs studio at Parc Hall, combining soothing melodies and ethereal frequencies with candlelight to encourage relaxation and inner calm. The session lasts about an hour and attendees are advised to bring mats, pillows and blankets for comfort.
