Sound Bath X Sarah's Star

A relaxing one-hour soundbath session for people living with incurable illness, the bereaved, and their family and friends.

Sarah's Star hosts a calming soundbath session designed to help participants slow down, switch off and feel restored, with soothing sounds creating space to relax, breathe and recharge. It is aimed at people living with incurable illness, those experiencing bereavement, and their family and friends. Sessions last one hour and are for ages 18+, and attendees are encouraged to bring an eye mask, pillow, blanket or anything else to help them feel comfortable. Free parking is available.
