Relaxing Sound Bath by Candlelight

A one-hour candlelit sound bath at Patch High Wycombe combining gentle breathwork, intention setting and resonant instruments to promote deep relaxation.

Annalisa Thomas hosts an immersive sound bath in the Reading Room at the Old Library Building in High Wycombe. The session begins with gentle breathwork and intention setting before participants lie down and rest with eyes closed while a variety of resonant instruments and vocal sounds are played. The hour-long session is open to ages 16+, with doors opening at 3:50pm, and attendees are asked to bring a mat, blanket and cushions for comfort.
