Holding Place: Dundee, Otherwise
About
A free exhibition of Polaroid photographs by John Post and Neil Crawford exploring the city of Dundee, on display at the University of Stirling's Pathfoot Building.
Holding Place: Dundee, Otherwise presents Polaroid photographs by John Post and Neil Crawford that explore Dundee as a city shaped by continual transformation and redevelopment. Rather than mapping fixed locations, the photographs are arranged as constellations of encounter, with viewers assembling their own experience of place as they move through the gallery. The exhibition was developed as part of the Misfiring Places research project, supported by the Centre for the Sciences of Place and Memory, and forms part of the Art Collection's Year of Topography. It is displayed in the Pathfoot Research Exhibition Space, open to the public Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
