About

A members-only talk on highlight objects in the Roman Scotland exhibition.

The exhibition curator discusses two spectacular altars from the fort’s Mithraeum, a temple to the god Mithras, and considers questions raised by the exhibition’s objects, including how local groups dealt with the Roman invasion. The 45-minute talk is in the Seminar Room on Level 4. This event is for members; the museum invites non-members to join to access this event and other membership benefits.
