Participants learn the distinguishing features of edible and medicinal mushrooms, how to prepare them for food and medicine, and which poisonous species to avoid. The walk includes tasting a medicinal wild mushroom chai, with the aim of leaving attendees confident enough to forage the ingredients themselves.
