The Pendle Mushroom Company hosts a hands-on workshop exploring the world of fungi, led by mycologist and wild food forager Ade Rose. The session covers the history, ecology and uses of fungi, followed by a guided tasting of gourmet and wild mushrooms. Participants finish by making their own reusable grow-at-home mushroom bucket and visiting the growing lab in The Potting Shed.
