Fibre Discovery Studio

A family drop-in following fleece from raw fibre to woven cloth, with spinning, carding and simple weaving activities.

Visitors can handle fleece, wool and cotton, watch demonstrations on a drop spindle and spinning wheel, and make a small woven keepsake. Activities are designed to take between five and thirty minutes, with two afternoon sessions.
