An autumn evening at Far Coley Farm with a walk, a Full Moon sound bath in the Barn and hot chocolate, hosted by Kelly Bisson.
Hosted by Kelly Bisson, the evening begins with a gentle autumnal walk around the 150-acre Staffordshire farm, taking in the countryside and views across Cannock Chase. The group then settles into the Barn for a Full Moon Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum, with guided relaxation and no prior experience needed. Afterwards there is hot chocolate, with an optional tipple add-on, and time to connect. Participants bring a yoga mat, blanket and warm layers.
