Hammock Sound Bath - Mantra Fitness Amerton Farm - Extended

An extended 75-minute aerial hammock sound bath with gongs, singing bowls and sacred instruments at Mantra Fitness Studio, Amerton Farm.

Carly of Art of Love Sound Baths leads an extended 75-minute session in which participants lie cocooned in aerial hammocks while gongs, singing bowls and flowing water instruments are played around them. The extended format offers 60 minutes of sound rather than the usual 45, framed as a deep relaxation and holistic reset. Not suitable for pregnancy, pacemakers or epilepsy; hammocks have a 200kg weight limit.
