Winter Mini Yoga Retreat at Abbey House

A mini yoga retreat designed to help participants rest, recharge, and reconnect in the quiet setting of Glastonbury Abbey House.

This 3-hour session uses gentle yoga, warming breathwork, and yoga nidra to help participants prepare for the colder months. The practices aim to soothe the nervous system and cultivate inner warmth and vitality. Participants are encouraged to explore gentle movements and find space to develop core strength. Weather permitting, walking and meditation practices may take place in the beautiful gardens.
