Mid-Winter Mini Yoga Retreat

A mini yoga retreat designed to help participants rest, recharge, and reconnect in the quiet setting of Glastonbury Abbey House.

This 3-hour session explores inner warmth and radiance using relaxation techniques and Yoga Nidra. Participants will engage in gentle movements to soothe the nervous system and develop core strength. Simple breathing and heart meditation practices will be offered, and weather permitting, walking and meditation practices may take place in the gardens.
