About

A gentle space to slow down, soften your focus, and spend a little time with yourself through making. Using line, shape and colour, come and enjoy the act of drawing and painting as a sensory, grounding experience. Lines can wander, shapes can grow or dissolve, colours can be chosen by feeling rather than thought. There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no right or wrong.

These sessions take place on Thursdays, 11am - 12.30pm, 15th October, 19th November & 17th December 2026.

If the session is sold out, please contact us by phone 01242 254321 or email cwp@isbourne.org to be added to the waiting list.

Community Wellbeing Programme (CWP) 2026

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing Programme, a collection of 4-week courses and drops-ins, designed to help people living with anxiety, depression, social isolation, bereavement, trauma and any other life circumstances that are affecting their wellbeing.

They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.

If you are interested in hearing more about our Community Wellbeing Programme and the upcoming courses and classes we have on, or work with someone who might. Please contact us by calling 01242 254321 or email cwp@isbourne.org for more information.

The Isbourne does not have wheelchair access. Please call us if you wish to discuss access prior to coming.
