Pie & Savoury Making Workshop by Pink Lane Bakery

A full-day hands-on baking workshop at Pink Lane Bakery learning pastry techniques for pork pies, sausage rolls and savoury bakes.

This full-day course, led by the head of Pink Lane Bakery's savouries team, covers pastry techniques including hot water crust pork pies, flaky sausage roll pastry and pie cases for a range of fillings. Participants make a selection of savouries with a break for lunch, welcomed with tea, coffee and sweet pastries. The day takes place in the bakery's workshop space in Baker's Yard, and attendees leave with their bakes, a goodie bag and recipes.
