The Turning of The Year: Women's Retreat Day

A women's day retreat at Anam Cara celebrating Samhain with breathwork, sound, drum journey, creativity, a plant-based lunch and reflection.

Hosted by Ishka, this full-day retreat marks Samhain, the Celtic New Year, offering women a chance to pause and reflect before winter. The programme includes two guided transformational breathwork sessions with music, energy work, a drum journey and immersive sound experience, a mindful creative activity, and a homemade plant-based lunch. Open to all women aged 18 and over, with no breathwork experience required, and 10% of profits donated to the charity Trees for Life.
