Rooted Within

A half-day wellness retreat combining herbal tea ritual, breathwork, energy work and an immersive sound bath with head massage at Nab Cottage, Ambleside.

Sacred Sounds, Hair Rituals and Breath Revolution jointly host a half-day retreat focused on rest and reconnection. The programme includes a herbal tea ritual, energy work, a breathwork journey, gentle touch and an immersive sound bath with a nurturing head massage. Participants are advised to wear loose clothing and bring a blanket, cushion and water, and to check health guidance beforehand as the breathwork can involve intense sensations.
