Restore Breathwork

A two-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session hosted by Emma Greenslade at Prestbury WI Hall, held on the first Sunday of each month.

Emma Greenslade leads a Conscious Connected Breathwork session in the style of Leonard Orr's Rebirthing Breathwork, described as a journey to the inner world rather than a class. The two-hour session includes a full guided breathwork practice plus grounding and integration time in a small, non-judgmental group. Sessions run on the first Sunday of every month, 4.30–6.30pm, and places are limited.
