Floating Sound Bath Experience

A 45-minute floating sound bath at Lichfield Leisure Centre where participants rest on pool floats during a live gong and crystal bowl sound journey.

Andrew Elson of Shaman's Rest leads a floating sound bath in the pool at Lichfield Leisure Centre. Participants rest on supportive floats on the water while he plays gongs, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments in a live sound journey. The session lasts 45 minutes, is for ages 18+, and includes a welcome and grounding; attendees should wear light clothing or swimwear and bring a towel. Buoyancy support is provided, though participants must feel comfortable in water, and the event is not suitable for people with pacemakers, serious heart conditions or sound-induced epilepsy.
