Vinyasa Flow with Adam

A weekly vinyasa flow yoga class with Adam at The Salisbury Centre, using minimal voice cues and melodic music.

Adam leads a one-hour vinyasa flow class in the Art Room on the ground floor of The Salisbury Centre. The teaching style is a less-is-more approach with minimal voice cues, set to airy, melodic tracks, and avoids overt spirituality. Mats are provided but attendees may bring their own, and the class assumes familiarity with basic poses, so it is not suitable for complete beginners.
