Somatics and Sound 🌀

A two-hour somatics and sound-bath wellbeing session at Om Being combining myofascial slow flow, guided meditation and an immersive sound bath.

This Sunday-afternoon wellbeing session is billed as a winter reset for anyone feeling tired or dysregulated. Lucy leads a myofascial slow flow focused on deep somatic release through self-massage, deep stretches and breathwork. Jael then follows with guided meditation and an immersive sound bath. No experience is required and bolsters, blankets and eyemasks are provided.
