Sonic Immersion Meditation (Autumn 26)

A soundbath meditation session using live guitar and electronic textures to guide participants into a deep meditative state.

Slow Clinic's Sonic Immersion Meditation is a contemporary soundbath led by James Edward Armstrong, using live guitar, electronic textures and melodic percussion to down-regulate the nervous system. The hour-long session sits between live performance and deep meditation, and is open to everyone with no experience required. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blankets or cushions; entry is at 8pm and latecomers are not admitted once the immersion begins.
