Cooks & Books: Jess Elliott Dennison for Vegetable Recipes

Food writer Jess Elliott Dennison visits Topping & Company in York to present her new cookbook Vegetable Recipes with a cookery demo and tasters.

Food writer and cook Jess Elliott Dennison, founder of Edinburgh's Elliott's studio, presents Vegetable Recipes, the third book in her series following Midweek Recipes and Weekend Recipes. The evening includes a cookery demonstration and tasters, with doors opening at 6.30pm ahead of the 7pm start. The book features seasonal vegetable-led dishes such as Leeks Vinaigrette, Celeriac Remoulade, Fennel and Onion Bhajis and pumpkin-curry pastries.
