First Aid at Work Requalification

A two-day face-to-face First Aid at Work requalification course for currently qualified workplace first aiders, certificated by Ouch Learning and Development.

This two-day course refreshes the knowledge and practical skills of staff who are currently qualified workplace first aiders, requalifying them for three years. Content covers the first aider's role and responsibilities, incident assessment, CPR and AED use, and managing casualties with injuries or conditions ranging from bleeding, shock and burns to anaphylaxis, epilepsy and major illnesses. Assessment is via a multiple-choice exam and practical assessment, and a valid First Aid at Work certificate is a prerequisite.
