Blue Fern Wellness hosts a floating sound bath at the Hilda Hayward Swimming Pool, where participants lie on double-sized airbeds on the water while a qualified sound therapist plays crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. The gentle water movement is intended to deepen the meditative, stress-relieving effects of the sound. A poolside option is available for those who prefer not to float; blankets, eye masks and a free gift are provided, no swimming or getting wet is required, and the session lasts one hour. Ages 16+.
